Boots Haul

I thought I would kick off my new blog with my first post and since I went to boots the other day, here is a little Boots haul. I wasn't planning on buying anything but I was shopping with my sister and we went into Boots. I always go straight to look at the makeup displays and as usual over spend.

Barry M

The first things I picked where 4 Barry M Nail Paints. I got 3 of the Gelly formula Nail Paints and 1 of the Matte Nail Paints. I love the Gel Gelly Nail Paints and have a few already. I like how smooth they go on, the finish they give and how well they last. The three colours I picked up where, from far right to left cardamom (green), mustard (yellow) and Chai (grey). I only have one other matte nail paint and I liked it so thought id give another a go and picked one up the colour Malibu (blue). I'm really excited to use all of these especially the Gelly ones as I fell they are all really great autumn colours. I might do a little post sometime with swatches to show you the colours more and what I think of them. Each of these cost £3.99.

 

Rimmel London

Next I picked up 2 products from Rimmel. first was the Brow This Way brow gel. I have been looking at brow gels for a while a thought I'd give this one a go as it was inexpensive. It is a clear gel so can be used for any colour of brows and is just to tame brows and keep them in place all day. The brow gel was 3.99 

 

 

 

 The second product was the new Rimmel Apocalips Matte. I got the colour Atomic Rose. I have 2 other normal Apocalips and love them so thought it would good to try out a matte one. The Apocalips cost £6.49.

 

 

Maybelline New York

 

Lastly I picked up a few products from Maybelline. I picked up my favourite mascara, Maybelline The Falsies Volume Express. As there was offers on I decided to grab 2. I love this mascara. No others make my lashes look as amazing for so long. I have really sensitive eyes causing them to water a lot making mascara a problem for me. however I have had no problems with Maybelline The Falsies which is another reason to love it. They cost £7.99 each.

 

 

Lastly I decided to get Dream Pure BB 8-in-1 BB cream. which is for oily skin and I got the colour light. I have wanted to get a BB cream to use on good skin days so I got this to try. My sister uses another Maybelline BB cream and said she loves it so that's what swayed my decision. it was £6.99.

 

 

Boots always have great deals on so I always look out for them. on this occasion each brand had it's own deal on. The Barry M Nail Paints where buy one get one half price saving my just under £4. The Rimmel products where on offers for 2 for £10 saving me 48p. Maybelline had 3 for 2 offer running meaning I saved 6.99. In all I saved £11.47 which Is a pretty good saving.
